Where to find or how to make hibachi pink sauce? - pink hibachi sauce
If I were in the shophouses Japanese (hibachi) two sauces. One of them is a ginger sauce and brown the other is a pink sauce, which go well with chicken, fish and rice. I said he was once called Yum Yum sauce. Tartar sauce and is probably very good that is made with tomato sauce. Who knows what it is, where can I get or what?

1-1/4 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise *
Water 1 / 4 cup
1 teaspoon tomato puree
1 tablespoon butter
1 / 2 c. Garlic powder
1 teaspoon sugar
Paprika 1 / 4 c. Tea
Dash cayenne pepper
Use a fork or a whisk until all ingredients are soft and sauce smooth. Stored in the refrigerator overnight so the flavors mix. Bring to room temperature before serving.
The sauce did not taste right if it is allowed to lie overnight. And please do not try to substitute ketchup for tomato paste! Water is needed to bring them to the desired consistency.
Try this. Paprika is what is pink. I have not tried this, so when they melted "say" in the instructions below, I think you have to stir until the sugar is melted and mixture is smooth and not grainy.
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons white sugar
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons butter
3 / 4 c. Tea peppers
3 / 8 v. tea garlic powder
