What is the difference between a zoning amendment and a zoning variance? - what is dycocycline
In the town where I live, there are opportunities where we assume for zoning variances and zoning changes. From what I understand is a change in the country, as if the city and the adjoining areas outside the city and you want things that are abroad in the same town his own. I think that's the difference if I am the residential zone and would like to land. Does anyone know for sure?

A zoning change actually changes the law of zoning ... That means doing something, instead of the home and business, etc. A variation is that the law remains the same, but the district takes each case individually and decide whether to retain or change the law for this individual.
